With over 51 years of combined tent experience, our dedicated warehouse and set crew team handles multiple deliveries and tent sets with ease. Our full-time, year-around staff is joined by at least 10 seasonal staffers to handle the busy summer months of tenting. You can count on these guys to deliver your rentals, install your tents, and handle your on site issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Sales & Showroom Staff

Our Special Event Consultants boast a combined total of 31 years experience in events and rental sales. You can count on this team to help you navigate the various options within our vast inventory of tents and party rental equipment. These folks will help you choose the very best options for your event and help you stay on budget. This team also provides event planning and day of coordinating to both large scale business/non-profit events, weddings, and small intimate parties.

Wendy Graham

Wendy joined Party Time Plus in 2017. She is married to her high-school sweetheart with whom she has 2 children. She enjoys taking long walks with her 3 dogs. Wendy is highly detail oriented and loves the fast-paced environment of the event rental business. Her willingness to pitch in anywhere she is needed brings a lot of inspiration to our team.

Morgan Gilbert

Morgan’s history with Party Time Plus is deep, beginning in our kitchen as a young teen. She knows our rental inventory front to back! Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, she leads our team as our primary wedding planner/coordinator and handles the PTP marketing/advertising. She LOVES dogs, spends most of her time working out, being active outdoors and teaching dance at a local studio.

Morgan “Raine” Witzel

Our newest sales team member, Raine, goes by her middle name at work to minimize confusion for our customers. Her sunny disposition and excellent customer service skills are a huge asset in our showroom. A Montana native, she enjoys camping and spending time in the great outdoors. She is a big music lover, animal lover andshe enjoys socializing and meeting new people outside of work.

Lynae Gilbert

Our special event veteran and managing owner of the company, Lynae, brings her passion for excellence and working hard with her every day. With a background in event marketing and sales prior to owning Party Time Plus, she serves as the primary event planner/consultant and solution finder for all sizes and types of events. A farm girl from the start she enjoys quiet time on her family farm, walking her Alaskan Malamute, and spending time with family boating or snowmobiling whenever possible.
